Connor Kelly - Cityside

Connor Kelly has been involved in politics since 2003 when he joined the protests against the Iraq war and remains an active member of the Derry Anti-War Coalition.

More recently he was a member of the Foyle Pride Committee that organised Derry’s first gay Pride March.

He has been at the forefront of the FEE campaign against education cuts and tuition fee rises.

He has been a member of PBPA since its formation and has been involved in successful campaigns such as saving the Eglinton and Brandywell recycling centres from closure and stopping the Public Assemblies Bill.

He also protested against the closure of Foyleville care home.

He is a poet and musician and lives with his mother and brother.
